Nigel was featured for our wine tasting in the Greek Festival for the Courier Journal.

Sunday : 12 to 6 pm

Monday through Thursday: 11 am until at least 9 pm (see special event hours to the right)

Friday and Saturday: 11 am to 2 am

Available for Events and Catering 7 days a week. Experience with Weddings, Business Meetings, Reunions and Birthdays.

Regular Events:

Everyday: Open for Free Wine Tastings, tours, and purchases of our wine, art, and giftshop merchandise. Also enjoy Lunch or Dinner. William Smith is our Executive Chef and he has an eye for quality and value.

Monday Night: Latin Salsa Night. Teresa B. hosts a Salsa Night that starts at 7:00 for beginers to learn. Then the floors open to all levels of dancers at 9. Enjoy $7 bottles of wine and a good experience from our most lively bartender “5 Buck Chuck”.

Every Tuesday Night: Open Mic Comedy Night with host TOM WARD in our Tasting Lounge. Special Appearances by RIP! $5 all you can drink wine and no cover charge. Doors open all day, the comics start at 8:30.

Every Thursday: Our MASTER WINEMAKER himself will be bartending in the tasting room for those with a thirst for wine knowledge from 5 to 8.

Every Saturday: JON BOY SLIM, NO COVER, at 8 pm

Every other Sunday: The SONGBIRDS will host and perform for patrons in our Event Center. Sheryl Rouse is the featured vocalist; she is a local diva in the Blues and Motown music scene. This event routinely sells out so purchase tickets prior to the event or call for expected turnout.

First Fridays of the Month: Trolley HOP! The Main Street Trolley is FREE to RIDE on First Fridays! Enjoy our gallery of up and coming artists and food from our Executive Chef, William Smith and his Executive Chef in training, Maggie. Our Winemaster, Joe Johnson, is at the Red Tree for tastings and will be back at the winery by 10 pm for the best tours you have ever had! Live Music with Big Poppa Stampley and FREE wine tastings.

Second Fridays of the Month: 30 Something Entertainment will host a Lively Poetry Reading that starts at 9 in our Event Center. This is a Popular Event so arrive early to get seating.

Located on 10th street between Main and Market, River Bend Winery adds an air of class and sophistication to Louisville's downtown. We are located in a historica building dating back to 1880. The spacious tasting room and bar are separated from the processing facility, but allows patrons a rare glimpse into our world of wine making through a viewing area. Come enjoy a galss while you watch.
