White Wines  
Bianco: The 2005 "Official Derby Festival White" made in a Riesling style with a fruity bouquet and soft finish.

Riesling: This has a young fruitiness, of pear and flavors of a typical Rhine style wine. A great summer wine with soft balanced fruit flavors.  
Cuvee Blue: A refreshing taste of honey and berries with a slightly sweet and balanced finish.  
Chardonnay: A rich wine aged in French oak with a very slight buttery taste.  
Seyval Blanc: This wine will remind you of a Fume Blanc. Wonderful flavors but very refined.  
Traminette: Prepared in a Riesling style that is somewhat sweet.  
Rosé: A refreshing blend of three white wines and a dash of red wine. If you like White Zinfandel you will love this Rosé.  
   
   
Red Wines  
Chambourcin: The 2005 "Official Derby Festival Red" has a black cherry on the front with a light body and tannins on the finish. This wine is made in a Chianti style.  
Cabernet Franc: This wine shows great promise for the growing conditions of Kentucky. A soft varietal fruitiness with a nice oak balance.  
Cabernet Sauvignon: A wonderfully well balanced wine aged in both Kentucky and French oak barrels.  
Sweet Red: A sweet red wine for the non dry red wine consumer.  
   
   
Dessert Wines  
Chocolate Decadence: A dessert red wine made with the Chambourcin grape and infused with Godiva coco. Absolutely delicious!  
Kathy''s Sweet Seduction: An ice ''style'' wine made from the Gewurztraminer grape that is full and fantastically balanced.
